BLOOMIN' CHRISTMAS BLOBS!!!

Hi there blog followers and a huge welcome to my new follower - only four to go and I will be picking a winner of my blog candy.  Don't forget I have added a little more to the prize but will leave you guessing!!!

Anyway I made a card yesterday - yes no thinking allowed on this one - however I am not happy with my snow blobs!  Methinks I was a little gung-ho with them and went a tad overboard and it is almost a dis-ahhhhhs-ter dahlings!   Oooer now you know what I have been watching!  I only watch it for Artem's pecs you understand.   Back to the card ... this is my SECOND Christmas card and it will probably be shelved because I am not sure that I could give it to anyone.

I loved the image and used my faithful Promarkers to colour it in, then decided that it needed some Liquid Pearls.  I haven't used these in ages and think I must practise a little more before I actually put them on a card.  I love the colours though, so that is one thing going for it - lol!

Ingredients
6 x6 card blank
Dovecraft Back to Basics - Vintage paper pad
Burgundy card from stash
Image - freebie from internet
Spellbinders - Floral Ovals die
Spellbinders - Venetian Accents border
Promarkers
Flowers/leaves - WOC
Sentiment - freebie with a magazine
Ribbon from stash

Thank you for stopping by my blog and if you have managed to leave a comment I am really grateful to you.  I am lucky to have you all as followers and I am still enjoying myself - even when my mojo deserts me!

It is a very dismal day here so I think I will do a little more colouring with my Promarkers now ..... or I could do some ironing ..... or clean the bathroom ..... or make a casserole.  Ho hum decisions, decisions.

Big hugs to you all out there and enjoy your crafting if you have time to do some today.

SUE

Very sweet Christmas card and I'm chuckling at the thought that you don't want to give it away!

You asked about my backgrounds. I just used my Cuttlebug embossing folders. They are called "Stylized flowers" and "Birds and Swirls". You can find them at The Glitter Pot (www.theglitterpot.co.uk).

Great card, what do you mean you don't like it, anyone would be happy to receive it, I know I would - I have never had much luck with Perfect Pearls - but the Deco Pen works much better, well for me anyway. Hope you are well.
