Hi there blog friends! I hope you haven't given up on me yet, I was feeling better then my holiday crept up on me!! If you knew me you would realise that this is a huuuuuge event 'cos I stress about everything, being a real home bod I lurve my home soooo much and hate leaving it. I love it when the packing is sorted (and weighed! ) and the flying is over. We're in a gorgeous villa in north Majorca - never having been to Majorca or Spain before and, now we're here, I am enjoying myself! Sorry am I rabbiting on a tad?
Anyway this is a card I made for Lady Anne's Challenge no. 4. The theme is to do with 'The Great Outdoors'. This challenge runs throughout June and is sponsored by Inky Impressions Rubber Stamps. You can use anything to do with gardens, lakes, rivers etc. and the prize is a $10 gift certificate to use in their store.
I used peaches and brown's for this one but, as there is some blue in my paper, I gave her a blue rinse!! Hence I wanted to call her my Blue Hairy Fairy but Graham said "No". He is sooo masterful at times! I usually put in the ingredients for my cards but I forgot to pack my little book of knowledge in my case - duh!!
Please enter this challenge if you can, I think it is a great theme!
I do hope you like my card - I loved this image and had to add a little wooden peg with a rose to it.
Well that's all for the moment friends, I have two other cards I need to post. One is for Lady Anne's -Stamp Anything Goes challenge and the other is for a colleague of Graham's, and will need some explaining!!
Big hugs to all and thank you for the e-mails and e-cards. They have helped me along no end! Back soon to check your blogs but please be patient 'cos this has taken me almost three hours to post on a 'tablet' as opposed to my trusty purple laptop!
