THROUGH THE PURPLE HAZE - JULY - SOMETHING FUNNY!!


Good afternoon friendly bloggers out there!  Here I am posting my card for the TTPH Challenge as a mid-month reminder!!  I think it's a very good idea for us to post a 'little nudge' like this half way through, don't you??

 Our theme is make 'Something Funny', now this little lady did make me think of someone but the person (in real life) is soooo nice that I could be seen to be a tad naughty!!  I wasn't sure what sort of design to make but I'd got this paper in my cupboard (the large one that the maestro - bless him - suggested he alter for me some while ago - ooops did I really say that?) and I thought it looked quite retro, just like those pink rollers in her hair! 

I'm sure that if you did touch her coffee you'd certainly see stars, so I felt that the stitched star die cuts would be a perfect embellishment!
We'd love to see your funny creations on our Challenge - you might want to check some of the cards that my teamies have made and also some of the other entries - but be careful if you are offended by certain language!

Take care of yourselves, the sun is shining at the moment but it's not too hot so I am blissful!  Oh and by the way, a very good friend of mine sent me a birthday pressy which she had made herself,  it's absolutely gorgeous so look out for a piccy next time I blog.   The maestro is working this week and even though he has today off, he's busy in the garden so I've not interrupted him!

    This card had me in stitches...giggles that is!

    Love the stars you used too....but the image is so hilarious. Just what I needed to cheer me up as my neck is feeling twisted and I am feeling sore! A good giggle always helps!!!i.

    Hi Sue me wonderful blogging mate.
    Now this just could be me as nobody can touch my coffee or they will feel my wrath.
    Don't have the pink rollers though. LOL.
    Wonderful creation as always, and a very fab image perfectly coloured too.
    Super papers and I all to well remember the days of that retro style.
    Do you remember the hairdryers with the plastic tube and a cap.
    I fell asleep under one of those, and my hand was just underneath my head so you know what happened my hand got burnt.
