JUST A LITTLE PICCY FROM THE NEC BIRMINGHAM

Good evening peeps - and a very warm welcome to my new followers Mrs A and Ang, I am so pleased that you have joined me on my journey into Blogland!

Mind you I'm not very chuffed with Mr Blogland - don't know who else to blame really - I just can't follow any more of you at the moment as there seems to be an  epidemic of 'the computer says NO' whenever I try to follow anyone.  I am sure it will be fixed soon and I am keeping a list of peeps to follow as soon as it is sorted.

Anyway I am posting a pic of us all at the NEC last Friday - when I say all, the maestro was taking the pic so he's behind the lens.  Look at all that lurvely purple!!!

I have posted this as X-Large, I do hope it isn't too much for you to cope with.  Funnily enough I was on the end and Sue J said "come on Sue, stand here next to me" - I am such a trusting little soul - why didn't I stand on the back row???  This pic has made me giggle all over again, oh and in case you don't know (from left to right) there's Paul (Sue J's hubby), Christine (christinescardsandcrafts.blogspot.co.uk), Sue J (olliesmam.blogspot.co.uk), me and Ang -aka Mrs Duck (theducksdoodahs.blogspot.com)  We bought so much between us that we were getting special deals - not bad at all and we had a right laugh or titter (Mrs Duck) that I was aching like mad.  Well worth it though.

That's it for now, I shall be back later this week (hopefully) to post a little something else.

Big hugs to you all

SUE xxx

I did share my choc with Mr D; had to as I can't stand to see a grown man cry.
    Thanks again chuck.
    Best wishes.

  6. Oooh, what a happy photo - you all look great and to be having a fabulous time! I thought the Playground was rather quiet on Friday, Parsnip looked a bit forlorn :(

OK Sue, so c'mon and show off your bits you bought - is'nt it wonderful to go with friends and to be able to share and mix and match to get the bestest bargains :)

So glad the stamps arrived fine - and I did giggle about ladies being girls until they're 120. Got some way to go yet here then!

    Hugs

  9. Fab picture Sue, you all look like you have had a fun filled expensive day. I am having the same problem with blogger in trying to follow people. I have been trying for over a week to follow two new challenge blogs without success. One of them says you can not win the prize if you are not following. BUM!!!!

  13. Hi Sue,
    me wonderful blogging mate.
Well Graham has triumphed again with this brill photo of you all enjoying yourself, and what lovely looking lot of ladies you are, and of course Mr Paul is just as handsome as I imagined. lol.
Now perhaps next year I can join in the photo as my sister has decided not to go again as there were only 6 stalls that catered for beads. So hip hooray I am looking forward to joining in the fun, next time. lol.
Didn't think about photos as I was walking around on my own, as my sister and I decided to split up so we could get more of what each of us wanted to see, rather than one be waiting around for the other. So we met up at lunch time.
My we were both worn out afterwards it took us a day to recuperate. I started off with going up and down isles with an idea of doing that and then going round the outside, but soon got disoriented and lost my way. lol.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
